Customer Reviews

Very nice Birds Park. I Love it. - ORNA

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our Panthera Africa SUNSET visit on the 28th January 2023. Our Guide for the evening was Stef and she was excellent. Her depth of knowledge together with her real passion for the job kept us all both enthralled and educated. We hadn't realised the history behind the setting up of Panthera or the detailed history of each animal in your care. But the main aspect of new information we learned was the horrific practice of force breeding Lions and Tigers for slaughter and the export of their bones to the East for profit. The State has been woefully inept at tackling this cruel and disjusting criminal activity and clearly more needs to be done to stamp it out. - Richard

Hi there, It was one of the best decisions of 2022 to visit Panthera on 1 December - "to start my advent calendar" was the invitation from Mieke. What a great concept! Our guide, Brenton, was super professional and knowledgeable. And the facility is a TRUE sanctuary. Wish I can move in! It even boasts a gift shop if you feel like buying something to the cherish the moment even more. The roar of the lions at dusk will linger in my ears for years to come. Thank you Panthera for an unforgettable experience. See you again soon MarleZe - Marleze
